This involves lease renewals, rent reviews, property inspections etc. The portfolio includes industrial and retail properties like offices and land. The client would need a minimum of 2 days per week in Lincoln and potentially 3 days on other weeks. Ideally you will be MRICS qualified with 2+ years PQE
