The role involves visiting temporary accommodation properties to ensure they are occupied by the correct tenants and that tenancies are being managed in line with council policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular visits to temporary accommodation properties. Carry out occupancy checks to confirm authorised occupants are living in the property.
