Senior Estates Surveyor South East London  Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm  6 month contract  £441 per day umbrella  Main purpose of the post: Provision of strategic property advice across the spectrum from valuation, disposals, acquisitions to leasehold and commercial advice.   Treating all assets as a ‘corporate resource’, owned centrally for the benefit of the Council and its taxpayers.
