Local authority in Essex currently requires a principal estate surveyor for an initial period of three months ( likely to be ongoing ). Purpose of the role: Manage the day-to-day operation of the Council�s non-housing property portfolio, ensuring assets are managed efficiently, compliantly and in line with Council policies. Line manage estates Surveyors, including workload allocation, performance management, appraisals, professional supervision and quality assurance of outputs.
