Assistant Property Manager East London 12 month fixed term contract £28,000 to £35,000 Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm Liquid is working with a well established property management company in East London that is looking to appoint an Assistant Property Manager to support its residential block management team. This is a hands on role supporting the day to day management of leasehold residential blocks. The client is looking for someone with genuine experience in block management, leasehold management or residential property management, rather than someone who has only provided general customer service or administration support to those teams.
