Catering Assistant – Factory Canteen We are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join a busy canteen team within a fast-paced factory environment. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the preparation and serving of food and beverages Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area Operating tills and handling payments where required Supporting the kitchen team with general duties Ensuring all health & safety and food hygiene standards are met Requirements: Previous catering or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Good level of hygiene awareness Working hours: Monday to Friday, 06:45am – 2:45pm Pay rate: £12.71 per hour Location: Factory-based canteen environment This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in catering within a stable and supportive team.
