As a Chef De Partie your working hours and days are: Working 5 out of 7 days per week 076:00- 19:00 The rate of pay as a Chef De Partie is: £26,804- £27,876 per annum Duties and responsibilities as a Chef De Partie are: Cooking and preparing dishes Being responsible for health and safety Being responsible for food hygiene practices  Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines The ideal candidate for a Chef De Partie would need: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent catering qualification Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate Experience working as a CDP in a professional kitchen Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure Excellent customer service and attention to detail If this role as a Chef De Partie is for you then please APPLY NOW or contact...
