The main purpose of the role is to control and manage the Grain Intake process, working to documented procedures to maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, equipment operation, hygiene, and quality. The role includes training and daily supervision of the team, along with working to improve the efficiencies of the silo area. The shift rotates between 6am-6pm.
