Fish Prep Operative / Food Warehouse Operative Main Duties Prepare, clean, portion, and package fresh and frozen seafood products. Handle fish safely and hygienically according to food safety standards. Check product quality and ensure orders meet specifications. Label, pack, and prepare seafood for distribution to customers. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and production areas. Record stock and production information accurately.
