Customer Service Advisor – Inbound Calls Location: Northampton Contract: 12 months Pay: £13.87 per hour Hours: 8am – 8pm, Monday to Sunday (shift-based) Pertemps are currently supporting the recruitment of Customer Service Advisors for a long-term contract opportunity based in Northampton. This role offers full training, structured support, and the chance to build valuable experience within a fast-paced customer environment. You’ll be working on a rota basis, covering 5 days out of 7, with your shifts provided 6 weeks in advance. Shift patterns include: Early: 8am – 4pm Mid: 9am – 5pm / 10am – 6pm Late: 11am – 7pm / 12pm – 8pm When working late shifts, you’ll typically have the weekend off.
