Stores Person A large research organisation, based in South Oxfordshire require an experienced logistics/stores person for their busy goods in and logistics function. A major refit and upgrade is taking place, with a large volume of goods being received and despatched daily. Main Duties Coordinate, arrange and record all dispatches from site Package items/goods sufficiently for safe dispatch and transportation. Complete Custom Clearance requests. Electronic registration of deliveries / goods using the Eproc system. File delivery notes and signed Receipt Registration labels. Inform staff and contractors when their deliveries have arrived. Relocate parcels / deliveries to storage compounds / locations. Resolution of queries arising from missing parcels, damaged goods, incorrect information etc. Stock management of consumables.
