The role will be working as part of our wider Customer Service and Administration team at our Frimley Head office which also houses our distribution team. Working for a well known online retail brand assisting with customer service for multiple brands, you will be assisting with a mixture of customer service tasks both administrative and over the phone/email/webchat.
