Our client is experiencing a very busy period and would like additional customer service support from a candidate who ideally has after aftersales experience. Supporting both B2B and B2C customers you will be receiving emails, investigating and opening cases to find resolutions. This includes warranty claims, troubleshooting, customer support, and managing service-related enquiries with positivity and care.
