SALES SUPPORT
An exciting 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to join a major fit-out specialist company delivering large-scale projects. Based in W1T, this role provides essential administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring smooth processes and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment. Core hours are 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in office coordination or administration.
SALES SUPPORT ROLE:
Conducting outbound calls to repeat clients and managing routine enquiries to maintain strong relationships
Capturing, updating and maintaining accurate client and sales data within CRM and Excel
Producing sales documents, proposals, presentations and supporting materials
Tracking sales activity, performance metrics and pipeline progress for account managers
Managing data input, cleansing and integrity across CRM and Excel to support reporting and forecasting
