THE ROLE
We are actively searching for a talented Internal Sales Support Representative based out of the company's Birmingham office.
Suitable for a recent Graduate of Engineering, Commercial, Business Management etc.
Initially a 6 month fixed-term contract however has the potential to become permanent.
KEY RESULT AREAS
* Communicating with customers
* Making outbound calls to potential customers
* Following up on leads
* Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
* Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email
