Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Senior UX Researcher to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 31st March 2027. Umbrella Pay Rate: £33.64 per hour. The Senior UX Researcher will lead the delivery of user testing across our digital in vehicle experiences. This is a senior hands-on role focused on planning, running and analysing research, while guiding and supporting a small team of researchers. It is not a people management position, but you will act as the lead practitioner for testing activities and guide day to day activities. What You Will Do: Lead and coordinate UX testing across vehicles, simulators and digital prototypes. Conduct hands on research including study design, moderation and analysis.
