My Local Authority client in the south is looking to appoint a talented a Data Analyst, Procurement & Benchmarking Officer on a Contract basis. Outside IR35, the role will deliver data-driven insight, procurement analysis, and benchmarking to support efficiency and improvement programmes within the Council.
