We are currently supporting a large healthcare organisation in the appointment of a Waste Management professional; this individual will be responsible for providing specialist knowledge organisational wide and ensure the delivery of development of a comprehensive waste strategy which is compliant with current related legislation. You will need to have experience and qualifications related to Waste or Environmental Management to fulfil this requirement, whilst this position is interim presently this could lead to a permanent position as they plan to actively recruit for the position in the coming months. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive Trust waste and resources strategy and policy with ambitious but deliverable targets, applying waste hierarchy principles, and covering all areas of activity.
