One of my local government clients is seeking a highly skilled Population Health Data Management Analyst to support the development and delivery of Population Health Management (PHM) approaches across the borough and the Integrated Care System. This role will bridge public health intelligence and NHS operational planning to help reduce health inequalities, improve outcomes and inform service redesign. Purpose of the Role The postholder will provide analytical expertise to support segmentation, forecasting, equity audits, and data-driven decision-making. They will develop automated reporting tools, translate JSNA insights into actionable intelligence, and prepare the system for future integrated data capabilities.
