Band 7 / Band 8 Clinical Pharmacist Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide specialist pharmaceutical advice to medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff on areas including therapeutic drug selection, supportive care, safe prescribing, drug formulations, and methods of administration. Ensure patients receive high-quality pharmaceutical care throughout their inpatient stay and at discharge, promoting the safe, effective, and cost-efficient use of medicines.
