Tennial Personnel are currently recruiting for an Agricultural Delivery & Machinery Support Operative to join a well-established seeds and grain business based in Saxmundham, Suffolk, covering customer sites across East Anglia. This is a full time temporary position during the harvest period. The role operates on a 5–6 day working week, with 10–11 hour shifts, typically 6:00am/7:00am – 6:00pm/7:00pm. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that involves supporting agricultural operations by delivering equipment and materials to various sites and assisting around large farming machinery. You will be a driver's mate where full training provided would be required. As you'll be working around heavy agricultural equipment, you'll need to be safety-conscious, have excellent awareness of your surroundings, and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
