Insight Employment are seeking Pickers & Packers to work for a rapidly growing local client of ours in the Banbury area. We are looking for Pickers & Packers to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for picking & packing stock accurately; you will need to then put the goods onto a pallet. The Role: - You will be picking and packing raw and frozen boxed meat using a manual pick sheet, working in chilled & blast freezer temperatures. The blast freezer temperatures will be between -18 & -25 degrees, you will not be in there longer than 10 minutes. Regular breaks are given due to the temperatures in the working environment.
