Position: Picking & Packing Operative (FLT Counterbalance) Burnley Pay Rate: £13.11 per hour (£13.11 + enhanced overtime rates available) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2PM-10PM Key Responsibilities: * Operate FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently * Pick and pack parcels with accuracy and attention to detail * Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records * Organize and prepare orders for dispatch * Keep work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards Requirements: * Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in date) * Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred * Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team * Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Benefits: * Competitive hourly rate with enhanced overtime pay * Monday–Friday daytime shifts OVERTIME AVAILABLE AT X1.5 AND X2 * Ongoing, full-time work with potential for long-term opportunities
