We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Tonbridge. This is a temp to perm opportunity, with a permanent contract offered after a successful 3-month probation. What you'll be doing: * Picking and preparing stock orders * Stock preparation - wrapping rolls, boxing tape, bagging plugs * Operating equipment - using the compactor to bale pallet wrap/card, and the chipper to recycle HDPE membrane offcuts * Loading vans for delivery * General site maintenance and cleaning - keeping the site tidy, sweeping the yard, weeding, grass cutting, recycling packing materials, emptying bins Pay: £13.19 per hour What we're looking for: * Experience is not essential - full training will be provided * Someone physically fit and happy with active, hands-on work * Comfortable working in a cool warehouse environment (approx. 10-12°C in winter) * Ideally local to Tonbridge, with good, reasonable communication skills * A...
