Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.35 per hour
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone & email ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Customer account management.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
