For the Class 2 positions you will need LGV 2 Driving Licence (Must have held for 2 years + Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Cards Ideally some experience driving Rear loading Refuse Vehicles although this is not absoloutely necessary as training will be provided for the right LGV 2 Drivers. Knowledge of the Birmingham area as the majority of collections are Birmingham based. The job involves picking up Refuse from bins from their clients using the vehicle to empty the bin and return to its position in the yard and once your route has been completed running back into the depot. Our client are looking for a Class 2 Driver with a Moffett licence for work out of the Perry Barr area. The job will start on a temporary basis with a permanent contract on offer for the right applicant. We can accept PAYE or Self employed drivers for the temporary work but for the permanent position that would only be for PAYE drivers.
