Class 1 (C+E) Dry Powder (Cement) Bulk Tanker Driver Wallsall, West Midlands Long term sickness cover Role overview We are currently seeking a LGVC+E Driver based at Walsall As a LGVC+E Tanker Driver your duties will include: * Loading and discharging of dry powders * Responsibility for planning own routes in liaison with the logistics team * Responsibility for first use inspection and cleanliness of vehicle * Completion of paperwork to a high standard, including tickets and inspections You will hold the following essential skills, qualifications and experiences: * Held Class 1 licence for at least 2 years * Possess a DIGI card * Drivers CPC * Monday to Friday with occasional weekends available (Saturday & Sunday paid at separate rates) * Start times between 4am – 7am

HGV Class 1 Drivers wanted! * Monday to Friday * START TIMES BETWEEN 6AM TO 8AM * 10 TO 12 HOUR SHIFTS * ASAP START DATES As a HGV Class 1 Driver you will be responsible for ensuring that deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner whilst maintaining a good customer service attitude and approach. You will adhere to departure times and abide by all traffic and tacho legislation. You will be averaging around 2/3 drops each shift on a curtain sider vehicle. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of multi-drop deliveries and a good knowledge of the surrounding geographical area. Class 2 Driver (Cat C) required for our client based in Walsall. Day work with early starts between 04:00-07:00am. The vehicle is either a Drop Sided or Curtain Sided Lorry and you are driving to 1 - 3 destinations each day depending on volumes of work and where the deliveries are, you will need to have strapping experience to help secure goods and keep the products your are delivering dry. The products you are delivering are loaded and off loading either side from the staff at delivery points normally with a FLT or Crane. As a professional driver you will hold a current Class 2 Driver Licence, Digital Tachograph and Valid CPC Card. Our client are looking for a Class 2 Driver with a Moffett licence for work out of the Perry Barr area. The job will start on a temporary basis with a permanent contract on offer for the right applicant. We can accept PAYE or Self employed drivers for the temporary work but for the permanent position that would only be for PAYE drivers. The work is driving a Curtain Sided vehicle doing Multi Drop deliveries but on occasions will be a distance run with fewer drops.
