The work is on days with mainly distance deliveries. The deliveries will involve you taking out a delivery or two completing them and then running back to the depot. The work does involve some manual handling (aided by a pallet truck and some deliveries will be loaded/offloaded with a Fork Lift) and will involve taking the stock into buildings.
