Position: Yard Operative Location: Brackmills, NN4 Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £14.42 per hour after 12 weeks Hours: 37.5 hours per week for the first 12 weeks, increasing to 40 hours per week thereafter About the Role We are recruiting for a hardworking and reliable Yard Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in Brackmills. This is a physically demanding role that involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, carrying out recycling and yard duties while maintaining high standards of health and safety. This position also offers the opportunity to be trained on LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in the future, although this training may not be immediate.
