We are recruiting on behalf of a leading PLC residential developer who is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support a new build residential project in Headington, Oxfordshire on an initial 3-month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven QS to join a well-structured commercial team and hit the ground running on a live scheme. The Role As Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day commercial management across the project, supporting delivery from a cost and contract perspective.
