Job Title: Estates Surveyor Location: Nottingham or Leicester / Hybrid (3 days/week on site) - Covering an area from York, to Cambridge Contract Duration: 31-03-27 – with a possible extension Daily Rate: £475/day (Umbrella – Maximum) IR35 Status: Inside Supporting the Asset Manager (LCW/Surveying) with delivery of the Life Cycle Works (LCW) strategy, you will manage the process of carrying out asset surveys across the estate and specifying the scope of works for LCW programmes. The role will include supporting the Estate’s strategy portfolio appraisal and continued investment or disposal across a wide and varied portfolio, through the application or alignment to ISO 55001 with the aim of optimising the asset portfolio for employees, customers and other stakeholders whilst at the same time maintaining the critical requirement of asset compliance.
