A freelance opportunity inside IR35 exists for a Sub Agent, who has progressed through the ranks from Site Engineer to Section Engineer to Sub Agent, on major civil engineering infrastructure projects for a tier one or principal Contractor. Your proven delivery experience on heavy reinforced concrete structures like viaducts/bridges etc and earthworks fill, would be advantageous. Your duties will include - Oversee and guide Section, Site and Assistant Engineers to ensure effective engineering control and the proper documentation of activities. Foster positive relationships with stakeholder and joint venture partners as well as the supply chain. Encourage a cost-conscious mindset by efficiently utilizing company resources. Assist the Agent in managing the cost system, creating schedules, and preparing Quality Files (QF).
