A client within the Public Sector based in Devon is currently recruiting for a Planning Officer to join their Development Management Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a Planning environment. The Role Key purpose of the role: To manage a caseload of planning applications and pre-application enquiries, ensuring compliance with Development Management processes, statutory requirements and Town and Country Planning legislation, while delivering high-quality recommendations within agreed performance targets.
