A client within the Public Sector based in Wrexham is currently recruiting for a Housing Repairs Manager to join their Housing & Assets team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing or property services environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to be responsible for the delivery of a range of services under the Property Service portfolio, including leading the day-to-day effectiveness of Housing Repairs, the DLO repairs operation and servicing/cyclical works.
