MMP Consultancy is seeking 4 Disrepair Surveyors to support a busy Local Authority in South London. This is a 6 month contract subject to extension paying £400pd inside of IR35. This role is focused on identifying and addressing disrepair issues proactively, helping to prevent cases from escalating to legal proceedings. While disrepair experience is beneficial, we are open to strong all-round Building Surveyors with relevant housing experience.
