Job Title: Project Manager Location: Exeter (3 days/week on site) Contract Duration: 12 Months Daily Rate: £407day (Umbrella – Maximum) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Security Clearance: SC  Minimum Requirement: Strong understanding of CDM regulations Stakeholder management and stakeholder engagement Deep understanding of property projects Essential: Prince2 Practitioner and/or APM (Association for Project Management) PMQ Certificate or equivalent project related experience.
