All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software Visual inspection -Types of damp and mould - rising damp, penetrating damp, condensation damp. Outside IR35 role  Paid Per Survey Over 200 properties to be surveyed per area. Properties located in/around Exeter or Plymouth.
