The role will involve supervising drainage, surfacing, kerbing, and bridge refurbishment works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You'll be responsible for managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health and safety compliance, and liaising with the site management team. You must have SMSTS/ SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid. Also a clean driving licence is a must! Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will play a key role in the planning and development of the project prior to construction. Responsibilities will include coordinating the pre-construction planning of above-ground works, including compounds, access roads, earthworks, and dam infrastructure. You will also lead logistics planning, provide technical support for the preparation of project consents, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the project is well-positioned for successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or major infrastructure projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering projects through the pre-construction and ECI phases.
