Role – Civil Supervisor Location – Exeter Mint Selection are partnered with a leading organisation within the energy sector to recruit an experienced Civil Supervisor to work on a major infrastructure project based in Exeter. Scope of Work • Supervise daily site activities for all civil works across a large-scale grid infrastructure project, including earthworks, drainage, foundations, ducting, access roads, reinforced concrete structures, cable trenches, fencing, and general balance of plant works. • Coordinate and oversee site operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with drawings, specifications, programme requirements, and quality expectations. • Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards, site rules, permit-to-work systems, and safe systems of work. • Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with site coordination, progress reporting, quality inspections, contractor...
