They’re looking for two Junior CSV Automation Engineers to join on a 12-month contract, supporting the planning, validation, and project controls of manufacturing systems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for integrating and validating equipment and control systems, as well as assisting with assessments on their reliability and any required updates. One of my Local Authority clients based in the North West is looking for a Development/Regeneration Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months. This role can potentially be Outside IR35. Responsibilities: * Large Scale Acquisitions * Experience in leading in CPO (Compulsory Purchase) * Acquisitions and disposals management * Mainly Housing focused but some commercial * Helping structure deals, has a general practice side to it You must be MRICS for this role, however it isn’t essential to be a Registered Valuer but would be favoured.
