We have an excellent opportunity for a chartered Building Surveyor to work on Disrepair projects primarily in the South West of England. This is self-employed work outside of IR35 and is paid per report. Undertake comprehensive building surveys of disrepair claims and the production of detailed expert witness reports for use in the legal process. Self-employed work, so this provides the opportunity for part-time or full-time. It is essential that candidates are MRICS qualified with 3 years + PQE.
