Job Title: Senior Estimator Position Type: Contract (Outside IR35) Contract Length: 6 Months with scope for extension Location: Remote with travel to sites as required We are supporting a client seeking an experienced Senior Estimator for a long-term contract role. You will lead cost estimation and bid preparation across complex EPCM projects, covering materials, labour and equipment. Key responsibilities include tender analysis, risk assessment, supplier engagement, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. You'll collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver accurate, competitive estimates. Site Manager Outside IR35 12 month initial contract Cork, Ireland Essential skillset 3-5+ years' construction site management experience (MEP / mechanical preferred) Experience working on fire protection / sprinkler or building services projects Strong understanding of health & safety (EHS / HSE) on active construction sites Ability to manage subcontractors, labour and site productivity Experience delivering quality inspections, snagging and reporting Desirable experience Pharmaceutical / clean room / industrial project experience Commissioning exposure (fire systems, sprinklers, pumps, alarms) Experience producing site reports, test packs or redline drawings

Due to the recent award of a Highways related scheme in West London, our client, a top regional Civil Engineering Contractor are looking for a General Foreman to support these works which include Roadworks, Drainage and Bridge Refurbishment works. Based from site, daily duties will include overseeing labour and contractors on site, issuing permits, inductions, tool box talks and issuing task briefs. To be considered for this role, you must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid and will have solid Highways experience gained within the Main Contracting environment. In return, a top day rate is on offer along which is Outside IR35 and comes with a long term contract!
