Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor (outside IR35 - day rate) Are you a seasoned hands-on Quantity Surveyor who enjoys managing multiple projects and being involved in quality projects? This privately owned contractor has built a great reputation building and refurbishing high-end one-off housing projects. They also undertake alteration works with most projects in the £250K to £3m in value. We are looking for a self-driven Quantity Surveyor who can lead these projects whilst enjoying support from a commercial manager and company administrator.
