The Role: Lead and manage a portfolio of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, long-term sickness, and conduct matters. Ensure all casework is accurately documented, legally compliant, and resolved in a timely and fair manner. Manage flexible working requests, changes to terms and conditions, and exit processes. Support the delivery of formal processes including redundancy consultations and TUPE transfers.
