As a stock condition surveyor you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties by assessing key elements such as kitchen,bathroom,central heating. Your responsibilities will include: · Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. · Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms etc. About the Role: · Surveys are carried out on a software- tablet devices will be provided. · Carry out 4 - 6 completed surveys per day. · Outside IR35 role · Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks · Full training will be provided. Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings. Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.           About the Role: Surveys are carried out on a asset management software- tablet devices will be provided.
