The role involves supporting children and young people with a range of complex needs, including physical disabilities and healthcare requirements such as PEG feeding and catheter care. You'll be helping to provide meaningful short breaks that offer vital respite to families while creating positive experiences for young people.
We're looking for:
1 - Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, Residential Childcare, or Children & Young People (or currently working towards)
2 - Experience supporting children with disabilities and /or complex needs
3 - Strong safeguarding knowledge
4 - A genuine passion for making a difference
What is in it for you:
