Role: M&E Asset Surveyor Location: Yorkshire Contract: Temp, Full-Time for ongoing TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with a leading FM provider, who are looking to recruit several M&E Asset Surveyors to support a nationwide asset surveying programme across a portfolio of school sites. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and electrical asset verification, condition and lifecycle surveys across sites throughout the Yorkshire. This is a full-time contract that is ongoing. We are looking for experienced M&E Asset Surveyors, or individuals with a background in building services, whether from an FM provider, M&E consultancy, contractor, or directly for a building owner.
