We are seeking dedicated and resilient Youth Behaviour & School Support Mentors to work within specialist schools supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This rewarding role is ideal for individuals with experience in youth work, mentoring, education, support work, coaching, care, or behaviour support who are looking to have a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.
The Role
As a Youth Behaviour & School Support Mentor, you will work closely with students who may display challenging behaviours or require additional emotional and educational support. You will help create a positive learning environment, build trusting relationships, and support pupils both in and out of the classroom.
