We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join a Good school in Milton Keynes. Patience, energy, and a genuine commitment to supporting and mentoring young people are essential qualities for this role.
Person Specification:
Experience working with young people with additional needs
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (essential)
Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals
Strong written skills and proven ability to manage administrative tasks, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential)
