The project relates to the full external wall remediation of Surf Pods, Newquay, following the findings of a Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW). Works will involve the removal and replacement of existing cladding systems, balconies, insulation, fire barriers, cavity barriers, and associated façade elements, alongside reinstatement works and M&E services.
